Multi layered filtration process.
The unique filter cartridge of the AirHat is a multi layered filtration system which is inclusive of a pre-filter, activated carbon filter and an industry grade HEPA filter.
Air purification.
AirHat has been designed by PROXGY to provide the wearer with an air curtain of dust and pollution free breathable air.
Air ventilation.
Strategically placed air vents allows for both natural as well as motorized air circulation around the head. This helps in keeping the worker’s head cool and better work efficiency even in the harshest of climates.
Adjustable air outlets.
Since everybody has a different head structure, AirHat has been designed keeping in mind the requirements of all. With the adjustable air vents one can make sure that they get the most out of the AirHat.
Variable fan speed.
Along with the three variable fan speed modes, AirHat also has a Silent Mode which makes sure the fan runs at a quiet speed but does not compromise with the ventilation or filtration efficiency.
Pre-Filter
Large dust particles and such pollutants get filtered out by this.
Activated carbon filter
Moisture and odour causing molecules are trapped within the active carbon filter to provide odour-free and moisture-free clean breathable air.
HEPA filter
Industry grade HEPA filter traps 99.99% of particulate matter and filters the air for breathing.
Replaceable filter cartridge.
With inbuilt monitoring sensors, the filter cartridge health is monitored at all times. When the health deteriorates beyond a preset limit, an alert is raised by the AirHat for the user to replace the filter cartridge.
Easy maintenance.
The air flow vents and ducts of the AirHat are designed in such a way to allow for convenient cleaning of them.
Auto power cut.
With the help of our smallest gas sensor, AirHat monitors the incoming air at all times for the presence of any toxic gases. In case a toxic gas is detected the AirHat automatically cuts off the power to the air curtain and alerts the wearer of the danger via haptic feedback.
