Proxgy App connects you the Proxgies near the location where you want them. When they arrive at the location, using your Proxgy app, you can control the camera movements and talk to your Proxgy.
In the beta phase, we go live in Delhi then Bangalore before we conquer the world. You will soon find a proxgy for almost every location globally very soon.
That is simple, you can download the Proxgy app from Google Playstore or App Store. You complete the registration and you can go to Book a Proxgy tab. You find the location where you want your Proxgy and once a Proxgy is assigned, you are all set.
Proxgies only accept Proxgy Coins. All you need to do is click on the Coins icon and add the coins to your wallet. The coins can be purchased using the online wallets, Credit/Debit cards.
If the delivery is being done by the retail outlet, the shipping charges are dependent on retail outlets and their delivery area. In case you want our Proxgies to deliver the items you may refer to the Schedule of charges prior to your booking on the app.

Usually Proxgies do not cancel the booking once they have accepted one. While we look at why that cancellation happened, we request you to go ahead and make a fresh booking and we will ensure that one to be amazing.
Of course, you can. If you cancel before your request has been accepted or within 3 minutes of acceptance of the request there are no charges. However, if the cancellation is done beyond that window, you will be charged for the minimum Duration of the booking.

Yes, you can redeem your purchased coins only and the redeemed amount will be credited the same account through which the payment was made.

No, you can only use Proxgy Coins for availing the various services on Proxgy App. You cannot transfer them to anyone else. You can only redeem them to your account if you have earned them from a Proxgy event or service.
